What this newsletter is about is letting everyone know of new product offers & sales.
We include a recipe in every newsletter for our readers & encourage comments to be written on our blog.
Every week we are adding new items , this week we brought back some sale items.

The snow is hanging on but us campers have an event that is sure to cure that problem. Anyone that has been in the northern states long enough has been to a snowman burning. We will get rid of that white stuff one way or another. LOL
Its camping season, come on now for goodness sakes.
With that said, We are bringing on some new products in the next few month. One of them is going to be a new
camping tripod. We had one last summer but we are bringing a new product you will enjoy having.

I was asked for a simple stir fry recipe this week & I think you will enjoy.
Stir Fry Chicken
* 2 cups dried Chinese egg noodles or 4 oz fine egg noodles
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/3 cup bottled stir fry sauce
* 1 cup snow pea pods or fresh sugar snap peas, tips and stems removed and cut up
* 1 medium red sweet pepper, cut into bite sized strips
* 2 teaspoons peanut oil or cooking oil
* 5 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
* 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cashews, peanuts or toasted sliced almonds
Cook noodles according to package directions then drain and set aside. Stir ginger into stir fry sauce and set aside. In a large skillet, cook and stir peas and sweet pepper in hot oil over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until crisp tender. Add cooked noodles, chicken, stir fry sauce and cashews then heat through.
