Chef Iron Cooker is at it again.
I just lit the fire in the pit & will be cooking up some brats with hamburgers for everyone.
We have a big mess of onions cooking with mushrooms & for those of you that prefer pork; we have some baby back ribs on the back grill too. Going to be one heck of a cookout tonight!

It is near time to be getting them boat trailer bearings ready for spring because it won’t be long before we are back out on our favorite lake looking for those pan fish or Northern Pike that like to hide as best they can.

Now for a great recipe that’s cooking on the grill tonight.
Cajun Burgers
This burger recipe is filled with delicious flavor. Not only do the patties have a Cajun flare, but there is also a mild spiced barbecue sauce to accompany it.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield: Makes 4 1/4-pound burgers
Ingredients:
* 1 pound ground beef
* 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
* 1 egg
* 3 green onions, chopped
* 3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
* 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
* 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
* 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
* 4 slices Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Preheat grill for high heat. Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, green onions, mustard, and 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning in large bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties. In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning into barbecue sauce. Lightly oil your grill and cook patties for 5 minute per side, or to desired doneness. At the end of cooking, place cheese on patties and serve over burgers topped with seasoned barbecue sauce

This may pretty well in all probability be considered a rather method for dwelling use but much like a chef and before (40Years ago) breakfast cook I use pace and I flip my eggs by utilising a coated pan NO Spatulas contact my pans.Try it !
