in a timely manner. Should a problem arise with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with the quality or condition of the merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with a photo of the item in question and a description of the problem.
Be advised, we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Returns are accepted if:
- The merchandise is defective or damaged
- You are not satisfied with the quality of the merchandise
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Your merchandise was shipped outside the continental US
Shipping Damage
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. The most common of these situations
is merchandise damaged through shipping.In the event that your merchandise is damaged, in whole or in part,by the carrier, you must contact the carrier with your claim. Defective merchandise will be gladly replaced but we cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
All shipping fees,both to and from, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Should you wish to return your merchandise for reasons other than the product being defective,the following will apply:
- All returns must be preauthorized.Please advise us by email of your wish to return the item in question.We will issue you an authorization number and instructions for returning your merchandise.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee on any item returned for any reason other than being defective.
- The returned item must be in new, unused, untested condition in the original packing and with all instructions included.
- No refund will be issued for any item that cannot be resold as new.
- Refunds will be issued for the product only. No refund will be issued for shipping charges.
